About the project
“Ahmet Aqay” is an AI assistant for Crimean Tatar language, history and culture. It works in the browser and as a Telegram mini app. You can talk about Crimea, find a translation, get a recipe or try on Crimean Tatar dress in your own photo.
Inside is a team of AI agents, each with its own job: historian, linguist-translator, guide, writer and chef. The assistant translates between Russian and Crimean Tatar, explains word meanings and grammar, and talks about traditions, places and food — from yantıq to kübete.
A separate dictionary — over 120,000 words, according to the team — searches in Russian and Crimean Tatar and shows examples and source dictionaries. The AI photo studio offers 19th-century traditional looks, greeting-card and children’s scenes. You can start for free: assistant questions are limited, there is a subscription, and an AI portrait costs 30 ₽.
